Minds Matter
Minds Matter is a not-for-profit organization whose mission is to transform the lives of accomplished high school students from low-income families by broadening their dreams and preparing them for college success.
During my three years of volunteering with Minds Matter, I had the opportunity to mentor individual high school students. In addition, I co-directed and oversaw public relations and marketing for the New York chapter which included designing, photography, and production of the monthly newsletter and annual report, managing the website, and planning fundraising events.
Redesign of the Minds Matter logo
The logo represents two mentors for every mentee. By enclosing the m icon inside the circle, it became an iconic button that translates across all mediums.
